Kama`ole Solar Project withdraws as stage 2 Project
Kamaole Solar LLC, a joint venture between Potentia Renewable Developments LLC and Peg Gen Holdings, LLC, declared on March 15, 2023 the Power Purchase Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Hawaiian Electric to be Null and Void and withdrew its request for Approval of a Second PPA Amendment. The Kama’ole Solar Project would like to thank Hawaiian Electric, the local communities, and other key stakeholders that supported the Project, and we look forward to opportunities to build on these established relationships in the future.
